We're a junior petroleum exploration company based out of Calgary with a focus on natural gas projects. We designed the company to be a "natural gas turnaround" opportunity, where we’ve purposely gone out and acquired natural gas projects with major exploration upside but for deeply discounted prices due to the weak natural gas market of 2008-2009. Several experts are predicting natural gas prices will increase over the coming years, and we are positioning the company to leverage that upswing. That's why we're aggressively acquiring more natural gas projects.

Approximately 25,000 acres in southern Alberta. It's in Western Canada, which is known to hold several hundred trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas. A large portion of our holdings are contiguous. We have a 100% interest in all of our projects.

We have four key players in the company, one of whom is Manny Dhinsa, an experienced petroleum geologist who’s worked with large natural gas companies like CNRL and Encana. We also have Pratt Barndollar, a petroleum geophysicist who used to be exploration-portfolio manager for Devon Energy and helped advance several of Devon’s major international oil & gas projects. He’s also worked for Samson, Phillips, Apache, and now for Talisman. We also have two other industry professionals, Keith Diakiw and Rob Sandhu.

We are currently defining our exploration objectives and determining potential drill targets, and simultaneously we are aggressively looking to acquire deeply-discounted natural gas properties with major exploration potential.
